4th week

Oh time dear time, you're such a precious thing. Can't believe, just a clip of eye, i'm now in 4th week here. Alright, this not really a good news as i got many portfolio not done yet...but finally that CFCS is done. lol. Went few nice shop recently, one is a restaurant call Perahu, at batu pahat somewhere near town, serve good Tomyam and ikan bakar!

Also this morning we went Hospital Kluang, thus this the famous railway restaurant there, serve really nice coffee and bread!
Each of us bought one coffee pack from there. LOL. Last one picture, just to illustrate how fat i can be if i stay in my hometown for one week. this one taken at Tokyo street in Pavilion, when bring my sister there.
Miss the time to go shopping. Till then. ""Portfolio i love you!!!"" ~i'm psycho-ing myself..T_T

台湾的女医学博士庄淑旗女士,在日本留学潜心研究发现,她以中国医理的
根基研究医学,先后在日本庆应大学修得药理博士、医学博士,她对日本癌症患
者三万人的病发前的生活调查发现,绝大多数的癌症患者均有极端的偏食习惯,并在
调查中有惊人的发现,大多数的乳癌及子宫癌患者,喜欢在月经来潮时,洗头发、提
东西、或产后不注意调养或吃冰冷食物,致子宫收缩不完全,而使体内贺尔蒙分泌
不平衡,长久累积而致癌。
 
由于这项发现,庄博士乃潜心研究女性月经期间生理调理的方法,在日本发
表改善月经期间饮食法,与改变生活方式疗法,结果使许多日本妇女因乳癌、子
宫癌症及得患其它癌症开刀者,因饮食、生活的改善,而使癌症不再发。
现在这个疗法已在日本被广为宣传,每年有数万人因而得救,这个方法就是,
在月经期不能洗头,她说古老的时侯,妇女们都知道月经期间不能洗头,将之传
给她的女儿媳妇,但不知其原因,有许多现代人总以为科学发达,古老的说法无凭
据,不信,结果竟得乳癌,庄博士说:以往子宫大量出血的妇女,在妇科未发达以
前,她们都不愿找医师看病,而有一个自疗方法,即是将头发用水打湿,则子宫收
缩,血立刻止掉。

为这个原理,她发现,月经来潮时,不能洗发,不能吃冰冷食物,以免让
排出的污血未排净,而残留在子宫之内,日积月累,贺尔蒙分泌失调,而有乳
癌、子宫癌的发生,除了不洗发,不吃冰冷食物外,如月经来潮前会有 头晕、胀
奶、便泌者 这是癌症的前兆,预防方法可依体型用 黑糖、莲藕、萝葡、薏仁等,熬汤 之,则可防止癌细胞的发展,达到最佳的预防方法 ·

Long weekend

So this is the long weekend that everyone is looking forward to when we start school here. Now it is coming to an end. It's life, time just won't wait for you. I'm glad i've survive through this weekend, despite being home alone at this quite run-out house, and also being transport-less, thanks God i still got my legs to walk! Thanks God i still got much fat reserve so i can withstand to fact of eating cup mee everyday at home. besides, i think i become fatter because of this, i should have just dont stock up on maggi mee and starve myself at home. sigh. Oh but that again, i saw one perforated gastric ulcer patient who just did exploratory laparotomy few days ago, felt so scary for picking up this gastric ulcer now. ok, i refuse Ryle's tube cause i think that's a very tortouring tube. ok whatever, loss fat is the ultimate goal if want to become pretty. Ok i oso dono why i type all those nonsence, just ignore those and take it as it's type by some patient with anorexic nervosa but having good insight, i'm eating every meals ok, i got tons n loads of friends eagerly to force me eat every meal.....lol let's the picture do the talking.

Did i look anorexic? Absolutely NOOO. There are more girls out there with BMI not even reach lower limit of normal range, those are worse than me.
Enough being crazy, I'm like this when i felt stress esp when i think i'm getting fatter and when other ppl keep force me to eat and when i feel i didn't control my diet and when ppl mention to me that i'm fat even though they are just joking..........

malaysian day

Since it's Malaysian Day tomorrow and i most probably will spend my morning in the hospital seeing that colonoscopy procedure and the rest of the day at home typing report and the following weekend growing fungal at home. Let's show this video, it's Satu Malaysia song, ok i think it's quite nice.

oh and since i'm in Batu Pahat, ok many food is nice here i admit, forget the fact that I'm anorexic, i do try many food here. I never seen this food before, so post the pic here, is call Kui Chap, chinese is 粿汁, ok i oso dono did i type it correct. But it's a nice food, something like zhu cheong fang.


Despite the hectic schedule, we still go dinner. Ok, i still dont understand why ppl say i no eat when i go out eat most of the time. This is during Agnes's bday yesterday.

Able got her an angry bird cake!! Next this pic, credit to my sister, cause she is crazy about The Smuft recently, ok thanks to Nick paying for both our 3D movie ticket for this movie, ok, is a kiddish movie, but worth watching if you want to relax.


Ok i like that two the most, although smurffet is pretty. I think Clumpsy look abit like yyg and i think brainy look really brainy! Btw, who got UOB credit card, if you are getting this cup, pls sell one to me cause i want to give to my sister.
LOL.

Lastly, this is the thing i want to complain for many many days dy, about this MAXIS broadband connection, it's so super bad esp at night, ok, i didn't exceed limit but still the connection is so slow and i'm paying so much for this!!!

Anyone have idea on the connection of U-Mobile, i read review say it's good and cheap! I think i'll change my maxis broadband soon, connection is SOOO bad, DONT get maxis broadband if you want to survive in Batu Pahat! Till then.

奇怪的泡澡瘦腿 让你爽爽享受生活

wedding month

So the ghost month just pass and currently we're in eight month of lunar calender, and today is Mooncake festival, HAPPY MOONCAKE FESTIVAL yeah! Attend a wedding dinner of a church member last week. Tell u what, it's actually quite tiring to sit car or take bus from Batu Pahat to Seremban. Sigh. Tire ar, and with the unfinished portfolio in mind..........it's really bad. But the wedding dinner is nice. Some photos here. Nice deco outside the dinner hall.

The "door gift", one bottle beer with 5.0% alcohol.
With church friends allen, joyce and Nick.
And if i tell you this my mooncake festival dinner with my batch mates, dont feel sad for me, i'm eating very well here. my life had been this sad for the past few years, and this is not going to end anytime soon.

早上做完4件事,让你永远胖不起来!

第一件:每天早晨的第一件事就是打开饮水机冲一杯温的淡盐水(夏天喝凉的),盐水可以清肠。
  比例是100毫升水盐水不超过0.9克,而且盐水可以保护皮肤可以使皮肤变好,如果按照正常比例没有副作用。
  早上喝一杯淡盐水,有助大便通畅。
  喝适量淡盐水,以补充水分和电解质,在夏天还可预防中暑。

第二件:是空腹吃十二枚干枣。
  这种吃法可以防止脱发,红枣还可养颜通便。
  长久坐在办公室里,与其喝咖啡,倒不如喝绿茶,并且在其中加一些红枣。对于女生而言,红枣可以美容养颜,让脸色显得有血气,甚至还有减肥作用。
  红枣绿茶的做法:
  材料:红枣5-7颗,茶叶适量
  做法:
  1、洗净红枣,并用刀剖开一道口子,待用。
  2、将剖开的红枣放入壶内,加水煮沸。
  3、用“红枣汤”来冲泡茶叶。
  补充:中医将红枣归于补气药类,称其性味甘平,有润心肺、止咳、补五脏、治虚损的功效,于胃肠道功能不佳的蠕动力弱及消化吸收功能差时,就很适合常吃红枣以改善肠胃不佳功能而增益体力。

第三件:吃一个香蕉。
  香蕉亦通便,减肥也要十分注重清肠、通便,其实许多减肥产品比如大印象喝完就要跑厕所。这说明:减肥的基本点即畅通。
  美味香蕉的二种吃法:
  香蕉沙拉
  这是最简单的做法。把香蕉切成小块,然后,拌上沙拉酱,再放到冰箱里面冷藏一会儿,几乎不费吹灰之力一道香香甜甜的香蕉料理就搞定!
  香蕉燕麦粥
  这是一道绝对健康的主食哦,而且做起来很方便。先加足量的水把燕麦煮熟,然后把切成小块的香蕉放进去,再放一些枸杞,然后用文火再煮上五六分钟就可以了。 

第四件:早餐牛奶一定要喝
  一杯牛奶下肚能让人感到胃部饱满,所以喝牛奶减肥是一种很体贴人的幸福减肥方法。它易于购买,但肯定不会是光喝牛奶就能减肥,这里有方法。
  牛奶减肥法:
  1、早晨喝一杯纯净水再加一杯牛奶。
  2、中午照常吃饭,但不能吃太饱。
  3、晚上喝杯牛奶,适当吃些黄瓜。昼量管住自己不吃别的食物,特别是甜的东西。
补充:一天喝上7、8袋酸奶,并不吃其它东西,可以起到排毒养颜,甚至于减肉的功效!
第五件:实用相关性的减肥产品也是有用的
例如:秀腰闻而纤减肥精油、瘦脸塑型精油都是有不错效果的产品。精油类的产品能更快吸收入身体。

So now in Batu Pahat hospital. Alright, except the portfolio, other things are not really what is expected. Probably this just first week so not really felt the real working experience yet. So far so good, trying to get time write emails to close friend, trying to get myself suit this place. No car here is really a very trouble thing, need to ask ppl fetch u here n there n felt bad about it. probably is just me gua. All the best to me lar.

三则瘦腰法则帮你速成小蛮腰


腰部曲线是身体曲线美的关键,腰身若恰到好处,即使胸不够丰满,臀不够翘,视觉上仍给人曲线玲珑、峰峦起伏的美感。反之,就会显得粗笨。

正常情况下,腰围与臀围之比率应约为0.72。如果比率低于0.72,就属于标准的梨型身材,如果比率高于0.72,即为苹果型身材,若达到0.8,则是典型水桶腰了,用手轻轻一捏就会捏起赘肉,这时的体型已是“红灯”高悬,危险已在招手:苹果型腰身更易患心脏病,比率越高,危险越大,尤其是脂肪聚集在腰、腹部的人,该注意了。

女性腰、腹部最易囤积脂肪。只有通过正确的健美锻炼、控制饮食、良好的生活习惯等,达到逐渐减轻体重,人也就轻盈苗条了,比率随之下降,危险性减校

法则一、纤腰动员令——健身行动

加强腰部运动,锻炼腰肌,对抗腰部脂肪,并配合全身运动,消耗脂肪,达到健美身形。下面教你几招细腰动作,只要天天坚持,就会拥有迷人身段。

躺卧曲膝:平躺,双手放两侧,膝盖呈90度,吐气并将膝盖拉往右肩,反复,再拉往左肩,重复10次,锻炼后腰肌肉。

仰卧支腰:仰躺,双手掌托盆骨,支起下身及腰部,足尖挺直,背、头及两臂着地;左右脚交替向头部屈下,膝盖不弯曲,重复进行。锻炼腰、腹部。

法则二、纤腰食法

合适的健身运动,再配合合理饮食,才能收到事半功倍之效果。

一、多吃高纤维的食品

纤维可以减缓食品施放出能量,从而减弱脂肪在体内的聚集。每天纤维的摄入量应该为20-25克。水果,蔬菜,谷物都是很好的选择。

二、多吃豆制食品

豆制类食品也是很好的低脂食物。并且富含维生素和蛋白质。每天应注意摄入适当的豆制品,如:豆腐、豆浆、豆奶等。

三、多吃些蛋白质少吃些脂肪

蛋白质可以提高你的新陈代谢率,因为你的身体在消化蛋白质的时候需要消耗能量。每摄入100克蛋白质,要消耗25克,实际摄入量为75克。否则,每100克脂肪只能消耗10克,将有90克留在你的体内。

四:多吃富含维生素BT的食物

维生素被称为维持生命的营养素,可见维生素的作用,在维生素中有些维生素是机体脂肪代谢的必需参与者,如维生素BT,它在减肥过程中可发挥如下的作用:1、通过促进氧化和全身新陈代谢,来帮助实现控制体重的目的;2、直接调节和增强新陈代谢,全面提高骨骼、肌肉发育水平,促进脂肪代谢,直接具有减肥作用。

法则三、纤腰定律——良好生活习惯

平时保持挺胸收腹之态。看一看舞蹈演员的娇美体型,她们平时走路都是这种姿势,让腰、腹部肌肉处于紧张状态,更好消耗脂肪,帮助锻炼体形。一有空就搓揉腰腹部,特别是晚上临睡前。

New environment

again...... Ok, probably this is the special thing about studying in IMU, from KL, we move to Seremban, then from Seremban, we are heading to Batu Pahat, then from batu pahat, we go back to Seremban for final exam. Probably this is to let us suit our future working condition better gua, since after 2 years of housemanship, we'll be "sent" to different district hospital as well. Well, since i have a long holiday, ok u know a 2 weeks holiday is a LUXURY for us k. cause there's no more holiday for the next few months. Had been going to few places, eating like a pig, gaining weight like no body business, so all this turn to the depress mood currently, and determination to limit oral intake. Just post some pictures here...

Also went for some my socall "fine dining" in Pavillion, in a restaurant call Market Hall, quite pricy food is ok ok. No comment.

Thanks Nick for bringing me n my sister there. =) Oh i went to this Full house before, and show pic about this as well, but last time i forgot where is that jalan call, now i know edy, is at Jalan Yap Kwan Seng.
Nice one, my sister took lots of photo, glad that she is happy. 

 Lastly, i go cut hair few days ago *finally*. ok i always think that spending money to cut hair often is a waste, so i dont really go to hair salon. But since it's getting longer n Nick keep asking me to go, oh he go to hair saloon every alternate week, so imagine how frequent had he been nagging at me asking me to go cut hair. And as usual, i got lots of reason to avoid from going for hair trimming. Most of the reason is related to study, no wonder Nick call me bookworm. haha.
Ok not much different for this hair style, just neater. ok, got to rest, 2ml start new semester and i havent pay school fees. =_=lll Till then.
